| The company HANDY PROTECT PLACE
has designed this canopy
concept for disabled parking places.
For that very reason, we have designed the HANDY
PROTECT PLACE concept.
Our canopy is made with reinforced PVC, designed by professionals,
well-known at the European level.
Our ambition is to be able to put some canopies wherever
it is necessary:
Parking areas, (town hall, supermarkets, hotels, schools,
high schools, gymnasium, hospitals, clinics, theatres, bus
stations, OAP homes, beach parking
) and on reserved
spaces in town (special servicing areas for the disabled).
The new concept HANDY PROTECT PLACE :
* Protection from the sun, rain, hail, and snow.
* Individual visible covers for parking spaces for all
weathers.
* Quick identification with a logo of the allocated space
for the disabled.
* Easy manoeuvre with no obstacle.
* Clear communication policy for the disabled.
A disabled person should not spend 5 to 10 minutes in the
rain, the time he needs to get out of his car and take place
in his wheelchair. The idea of remaining wet for the whole
day forbids him to use his car and forbids him to have his
share of dignity on rainy days.
The problem arises as well when the sun is unbearable and
the vehicle becomes an oven. The able-bodied people all
look for the slightest refreshing space of shade, so imagine
the torture in a wheelchair!
